Refund Policy

Advance Cancellations

Bookings canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel past the 48 hour window, we do not offer monetary refunds. We will instead provide equivalent in-store credit. This credit can be used on services and select products.

Unused Services

Any unused services can be added to an in-store credit account. This credit does not expire and you can use it at any time.

In-Store Sales

All in-store sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Exceptions and Manager Discretion

Only managers have the authority to process refunds. Monetary refunds for services past the 48 hour window are strictly limited to specific circumstances.
