Infusion Play is committed to providing clear information about our facility in Victoria, BC so all guests can plan their visit safely.
Physical Accessibility
Many of our services require high levels of physical activity. Our interactive challenge rooms and free-roaming VR arena involve running, jumping, ducking, crawling, and throwing. Because of these requirements, these specific attractions are not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations. There is also an inherent risk of physical injury during these active play sessions.
For guests using a wheelchair or those with limited mobility, we offer select stationary VR experiences and standard arcade machines that are fully accessible. Our staff is available to help recommend games and experiences to suit your needs.
Sensory and Environmental Notices
Our facility features dynamic environments that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities or medical conditions.

Noise Levels: The store environment is very loud. Expect loud music, sudden sound effects, and frequent yelling and screaming from players. This can be overwhelming for guests with sensory or volume sensitivity issues. We recommend bringing noise-canceling headphones if you are sensitive to loud, chaotic sounds.

Flashing Lights: Many of our games, VR experiences, and arcade machines feature flashing lights and strobe effects. These may trigger seizures for guests with photosensitive epilepsy.

Smoke and Fog: Certain rooms use smoke machines and fog effects. These environments may act as a trigger for guests with asthma or other respiratory conditions.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in our general arcade and lobby areas. Please be aware that the loud music, sudden sound effects, and yelling within the store may cause distress for some animals. For the safety of the animal and our guests, service animals are not permitted inside the free-roaming VR arena or active challenge rooms due to the rapid movement and physical hazards involved in those spaces.
